Hi, I’m Erin.
I love the music business, entrepreneurship, Nashville, teaching, mentoring, public speaking, coffee, and dogs (in no order). I have an undying entrepreneurial spirit, so at any given moment I am actively working on two new businesses and ideating 10 more in my dreams at night. See the links in the upper right for what I am working on right now.

What I do.
Here are just a few of the things I spend my time on.
01. TEACHING
–
I love breaking down what I know and presenting it in actionable steps. Since 2010 I have been teaching at the university level as an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship, music business, leadership development, and team dynamics.
02. OLIVIA MGMT
–
Olivia Management is an artist management and consulting company in Nashville, TN. I manage the careers and growth strategy for artists in the Americana/Folk space as well as consult with up and coming acts on career strategy.
03. PUBLIC SPEAKING
–
I love a good panel or keynote address. If someone can learn from my mistakes, or I can inspire someone so take the entrepreneurial leap or pursue their passions, that makes me extremely happy.
04. OLIVIA RECORDS
–
Launching in 2021, a new record label from the folks that brought you Olivia Management. There is too much great music out there without someone fighting for it, so I am going to fight for it to be heard alongside artists I believe in.
“She’s pretty great.”
